Outdoor Sports

Each team shall comprise of 8 players + 1 Official (6 playing + 2 rolling
substitutions).
• Total time of the match shall be 24 minutes (two equal half of 12 minutes)
• If the match ends in a draw the result will be finalized on 3 penalties each.
• Players/Officials, who breach the code of conduct, shall be disqualified from the competition.
• Each team/player shall be in proper uniform during the match.
• The decision of the referees shall be final. In case of fouls yellow and red cards will awarded.
• Teams should report 30 minutes prior to the venue. A walkover would be given to the opposing team if any team fails to report to the court 10 minutes after the designated time.
• Studs are not allowed.
• Timings of the match and field can be changed by the management.

-Each team shall consist of 11 playing + 1 rolling

• Teams must consist of 7 players (5 playing and 2 substitutes) Teams will be allowed
one 20-second timeout per half The following rules are applicable:
• -3 second violation
• 8 second violation
• 24 seconds violation
• The referee’s decision will be final.
• Knockout matches will be consisting of 8 minute quarters, with an interval break of 5 minutes.
• The final match will be played in 12 minute quarters, with an interval break of 10
minutes.
• In case of tie score, there will be an overtime of 5 minutes.
• Teams should report 30 minutes prior to the venue. A walkover would be given to the opposing team if any team fails to report to the court 10 minutes after the designated
time.
• Each player must be in complete kit during the match,and no accessories like watches should be worn during the match in order to avoid any injury.

• A player may jump while catching the ball.

• Matches will consist of 1 set while the final will be played in best of 3 format.

• The player who wins the toss will either decide to serve or receive, or choose his preferred side of the court.
• Standard scoring system will be used.
• Players must maintain a two game lead to win a set, otherwise a 12 point tiebreak will

• Players will switch sides after every odd-numbered game (i.e. after game number 1, 3, 5, and so on).

• Players must report to the tennis court at least 10 minutes prior to the specified time of the match

. If a player is not present on court within 10 minutes of the specified time, a walkover will be given to the opponent.
• Players must bring their own gear, only balls will be provided by the management.

•This comprises of two sub-events:50m sprint and 50m hurdle race, Relay Race .
 •Winners and runners-up will be decided on the bases of best time recorded.
•Each player should be in appropriate sports gear during the proceedings.(studs and track
spikes are not allowed)
 •The decision of the judges shall be final and binding on the participants.
 •A hurdler who runs around a hurdle will be disqualified automatically.Runners who trail
a leg or foot below the horizontal plane of the hurdle’s top at the moment of clearance will
be disqualified as well.Teams/players should report to the venue 30 minutes before the start
of the event,otherwise a walkover will be awarded against the defaulters.

• Tug of war will be played in the school ground.
• There shall be 8 pullers in a team with 2 substitutes. There will be three pulls in every match
No cleated or metal sole shoes are allowed.
• Teams should report 30 minutes prior to the venue. A walkover would be given to the opposing
team if any team fails to report to the court 10 minutes after the designated time.

-Arrow will be shot from 10 meters and the final round will be 15 meters distance
-If you drop an arrow, leave it on the ground until you are told to get arrows.
-3 arrows will be given for practice and one round will be of 6 arrows.
-All other international archery rules will be followed.

• whoever has the shortest amount of time will be awarded the win

[ ] Bench Press
• Two weight classes:
under 75kgs
freeweight
• wrist grips and chalk is allowed
• three attempts will be given to lift the weight
• lifters will get an ‘OK’ call by the head to first lift the bar. Then the second ‘Ok’ call will be given when the bar has touched the chest and the last ‘Ok’ call will be given to re-rack the bar.
• Olympic bar of 20 kgs will be used and weight will be added each round on a successful lift.

• Badminton Rules Sports fest
• Badminton will be played inside the school auditorium.
• Match would be of 10 points and semi-final and final would be best of three.
• All rounds will be on knockout basis.
• Toss winner will decide between serve and preferred side to play.
• Referee’s decision will be final and not challengeable.
• Teams should report 30 minutes prior to the venue. A walkover would be given to the opposing team if any team fails to report to the court 10 minutes after the designated time.

• Table Tennis will be played inside the school auditorium.
• Best of 3 sets will be played and each of 11 points.
• All rounds will be on knockout basis.
• Winner of the Toss will take first serve.
• Referee’s decision will be final and not challengeable.
• Final round will be a best of 5
• Teams should report 30 minutes prior to the venue. A walkover would be given to the opposing team if any team fails to report to the court 10 minutes after the designated time.

• Swiss system of tournaments will be followed.
• Each participant will be given 15 minutes with 2 seconds increment
• Each move must be made by one hand (either left or right). The same hand must be used for
the clock.
• If a player touches a piece, he/she has to move it.
• If the player touches an opponent’s piece, he/she has to capture it.
• When two pieces are touched, the first piece touched shall be moved.
• Players are forbidden to make use of any notes, sources of information, advice or to analyze on another chess-board.
• Tie breaks will be determined by buchholz systems.
• Further tie breaks shall be determined by progressive points system.
• The decision of the judges shall be final.

• (Boys)
•  All rounds will be played on knockout basis.
•  Single round matches will be played till quarter final and best of 3 will be applied from semi-
final matches.
•  10 reds game.
•  International snooker rules will be applied.
•  Teams should report 30 minutes prior to the venue. A walkover would be given to the
opposing team if any team fails to report to the court 10 minutes after the designated time.

FIFA

 ● Fifa 22 will be played on PS4

● All registered players will compete against each other in a single elimination format.

● Players can choose any team that they like.(except All Stars teams)

● Game speed: fast and Half time: 5 min

● If a players gets an advantage of 3 goals, the other will be knocked out immediately.(only for qualifying matches).

● Injuries off and offside and fouls are on

● A player can pause for a total of 3 times only when both players agree to

● All players must bring their own controller or else they won’t be allowed to play

● All decisions or alterations made to the rules by the category heads will be final.

•Each player starts with a score of 200 points and takes turns to throw 3 darts.
•The score for each turn is calculated and deducted from the players total
•Bullseye scores 50, the outer ring scores 25 and a dart in the double or treble ring counts

•The objective is to have the least points at the end.

•  Each team must consist of at least 4 and at most 6 members.
•  The aim of delegates should be to complete the challenges and find all clues

• A swimmer can participate in 2 individual strokes, exception(relay, IM,under water)
• There will be 2 age categories U-17(olevel) and U-19(alevel)

• Proper swimming costume is to be worn

• 50m freestyle
• 50m backstroke

Teams: Each team has seven players (playing-six field players and one goalkeeper) in the pool at a time. And three substitutes.
Game Duration: A standard game is divided into four quarters, each lasting 7 minutes, with a brief break between quarters.
Scoring: A goal is scored when the ball completely crosses the goal line between the goalposts and under the crossbar.
Standard FINA Rules will be followed.
Exclusions: Players who commit major fouls or accumulate three personal fouls are excluded from the game for a period of 20 seconds. After the time is up, they can return to the pool.
Shot Clock: Teams must attempt a shot within 30 seconds of gaining possession of the ball.
Goalkeeper Rules: The goalkeeper is the only player allowed to touch the ball with two hands .
Substitutions: Players can be substituted in and out of the game during stoppages in play.
Each player’s Nail must be trimmed .
