Registration Portal
Within 24 hours of receiving the Team Leader Form, the Sportsfest registration team will contact the Team Leader and provide him/her with a link to the registration portal. This link will be specifically designed for your institute and any information entered in this form will be considered as if authorized and under the supervision of the Team Leader.
Payment Method
The delegate fee for the entire delegation must be made in cash to the A Levels Admin Office. Our campus can be visited at 364 E-1 Johar Town, Lahore between 9:00 am till 4:00 pm.
The delegate fee can also be paid online, and a copy of the transaction must be submitted in the A Levels Admin Office.
Team Leader Form

The form has been attached below and can also be viewed online.

The team Leader form must be signed by the Institute’s Principal,
Administrator or Co-Curricular Department. This form will also need to be
stamped with the official institute’s stamp.

The purpose of this form is to specify one student from your institute who
the management will liaise with for matter of registration and will be considered team leader for the institute’s entire delegation (also known as the head delegate).

The team leader form, once filled, must be scanned, and emailed to us at registrations@jtsportsfest.com. The subject of the email should be
“Team Leader Form”, please include the name of the institute and contact number in the email as well. -
The team leader form can also be handed to the A-level admin office. The deadline for sending the above-mentioned form is the 3rd of November 2023.
